We understand that travel plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointment cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, will be confirmed when your appointment is booked. The amount refundable may depend on the notice provided and whether veterinary preparation, document review or certification work has already started.

Urgent and time-sensitive services

Urgent appointments and destination-specific export work may involve advance preparation. Work already completed before cancellation may remain chargeable.

Third-party costs

Laboratory tests, medications, government fees, permits, quarantine, transport, flights and travel crates are supplied by third parties and are subject to their own cancellation and refund terms.

How to cancel

Email info@pettravelcerts.com with your name, pet’s name and appointment details. A cancellation is confirmed only when you receive written acknowledgement from us.
